Strategy Reformation

Problem:

Khries Law is a large multi-generation family law firm that has grown into a highly successful practice, but the market they have been operating in is rapidly changing. The firms in their industry that are able to maintain their competitive edge are those that stay up to date with the international markets coming into Jordan. They are able to mimic the strategies and identities of the large international firms (specifically American companies and large international conglomerates). Khries Law’s business model had been successful for years, but it did not include any of the western marketing methods and relied solely on reputation and word of mouth. The company needed to quickly change its strategy to remain competitive in the highly evolving industry.

Solution:

To help Khries Law maintain their competitive edge, we did extensive research on the market and the competition to understand the market patterns and realized the market would likely be moving more towards the American style of advertising, strategy, and business structure. Ahead of most of the competition, we created a logo for Khries Law with colors that the American market would identify with. We developed a website they would able to read and follow, while still maintaining much of the edge and original values of Khries Law. We also created banners, mailers, letterhead, and other marketing materials that enhanced the image and the identity of the firm. We even made changes to several parts of the structure of their office and trained their staff on cultural issues. Finally, we established an American presence for Khries Law by introducing them to attorneys in the United States who now act as spokesmen for the firm when their business extends outside their local area.

What They Said:

"I turned to Twistlab Marketing for help when I wanted to establish a presence in the U.S. after running a steady operation in Jordan overseas for several years. They ended up designing a logo and website that fit perfectly with my service offerings and target market, and also helped me come up with a strategy to penetrate the U.S. market. I have had a fantastic experience working with them and would highly recommend their services."
