Problem:


Mango Enterprises is an import/export company focusing on nutritional supplements. Originally, their customer and distributor base was wide in the Middle East and North Africa, but their sales became stagnant. While their current customers trusted them, finding new U.S. brands to export and finding more international distributors started becoming more of a challenge. Additionally, the company’s branding was inconsistent throughout their corporate identity and they needed help creating a consistent universal image.

Solution:


To assist Mango Enterprises with their globalization issues, we started researching U.S. products and brands that we felt would not only be successful overseas but also fit in the existing portfolio that Mango Enterprises currently carried. We helped them find new brands to distribute, and connected them with the companies. To find additional distributors in their desired regions, we conducted global research on the market and identified some potential distributors that could carry the brands Mango Enterprises represented. We developed a color scheme and logo to match the company’s identity. Using this logo and design theme, we created business cards, stationary, envelopes, etc. for the company to use and distribute. We used this same theme and image on the corporate website we developed for them. They now have a completely unified image as well as an expanded product offering and distributor network.
