Account Manager

We are searching for an account manager to assist in prospecting and selling, as well as designing and executing marketing strategies. Our account managers play a major role in increasing and maintaining client retention, and also support the growth and expansion of our client base. Our ideal candidate is a proven sales performer who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound lead activity and generating new business opportunities through active prospecting. Essentially, this candidate will sell advertising and marketing services in the form of consulting, electronic media and printing. As a small company, the tasks performed by this candidate may vary based on the client's’ needs; this also allows a level of freedom to try out new ideas and to experiment with markets.

Responsibilities:

  • - Initiate sales process

  • - Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services

  • - Manage clients’ marketing budgets

  • - Track market and company sales performance

  • - Improve forecast performance of business thorough understanding of underlying demand assumptions

  • - Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

  • - Document and track client interactions through CRM

  • We'd Like You To:

  • - Be able to commit 8-12 hours/week

  • - Be able to work with minimal supervision

  • - Be organized and have the ability to document and report activities and client interactions

  • - Be committed, dependable and have the ability to meet deadlines
